Each piece is treated with the utmost care as it is slowly smoked over aged wood to a tender   perfection.

Our hot smoked salmon is sealed inside a special gold pouch and heat processed to  ensure the exquisite and delicate taste. It is also available as vacuum packed portions or canned products in a variety of sizes. Our cold smoked salmon is available in assorted  sizes of pre-sliced, ready to eat packages.
